More Build a Blossom

Today I am sharing another card and then a fun tissue holder with flowers from the Build A Blossom set.  The card uses Very Vanilla, Always Artichoke and Rose Red cardstock.  The Very Vanilla is embossed with the Polka Dot embossing folder for added texture.  I stamped the long petals in Versa Mark on the Rose Red cardstock.  I made 2 layers of 6 petals each so the flower would be nice and full.  Another one of the gorgeous brads from the Vintage Brads collection and a sentiment from Occasional Quotes and another quick card is finished.

The tissue holder is made to cover a small package of tissues.  I guess it would depend on the size of the package, I cut my paper 11 X 4 1/2".  I scored folds to fit around the package and added Springtime Vintage paper cut just smaller to decorate the top, front and the back where I also added a flower, again Rose Red Cardstock with Versa Mark ink.  I used a Build a Brad for the center of this flower but didn't build it with anything.  I thought about more of the DSP but I like it plain.  The get well wishes sentiment would make this a great gift to give to a friend with the sniffles!

The new Occasions Mini Catalog starts tomorrow!  LMK if you need a catalog and I'll get one to you.  You won't want to miss these great products.  Click on the mini catalog on my sidebar if you can't wait for the catalog to get a peek at the great offerings (won't be available till tomorrow).  I reckon I need to catch a nap.  I have more than the sniffles.  I don't know what it is but I've been coughing like crazy and my throat is on fire.  It would be nice to be well before my birthday later this week.
